Concert and Street Parade by Bands of Parish Communities and Brotherhoods of the City Centre

The II Meeting of Parishes and Brotherhoods of the City Centre brought together several parish communities and confraternities on Sunday, 22 February, in a day marked by fellowship and processional music

The programme began at 12:30 pm with a parade through the participating parishes, bringing the atmosphere of Holy Week to the streets of the city centre and encouraging encounters among parishioners and members of the brotherhoods.

This was followed by a joint concert at the church of San Nicolás, featuring the participating bands: the Coronación de Espinas and Cristo Rey Band (Parish of San Lorenzo el Real), the Sangre de Cristo and Nuestra Señora de los Dolores Brotherhood Band (San Gil Abad), and the Nuestra Señora de la Soledad y Santiago Band (Santa Águeda y Santiago). The Brotherhood of the Flagellation of the Lord and the Brotherhood of Nuestra Señora Virgen de la Alegría, both from the Parish of San Nicolás de Bari, also took part in the event.

This second edition once again highlighted the spirit of collaboration among the parishes and brotherhoods of the city centre, consolidating the meeting as a space for fraternity that helps preserve the tradition of Holy Week music and strengthen the bonds between the different communities.
