San Lorenzo el Real hosted a charity concert marking the 35th anniversary of the Coronaci贸n de Espinas Band
The church of San Lorenzo el Real hosted on February 21 a charity concert in support of APACID Burgos, held to mark the 35th anniversary of the Coronación de Espinas Bugle and Drum Band.
The event, organized by APACID Burgos together with the musical group, featured a performance by the Coronación de Espinas Band, one of the most representative ensembles of Holy Week in Burgos, which performed a selection of traditional processional marches for the audience.
The concert had a charitable purpose. Admission was free, and attendees were given the opportunity to make voluntary donations, with all proceeds going to support the social and care work carried out by APACID Burgos for people with disabilities and their families.
The initiative brought together music, tradition and social commitment in a commemorative event that served to celebrate the band’s 35th anniversary while contributing to a meaningful charitable cause.
