Solidarity Cofrade Music Concert in Support of ARANSBUR and the Salesian Sisters
The Brotherhood of Our Lady of Solitude and Santiago will hold the solidarity cofrade music concert “Notes that Break Barriers” on 15 March, a charitable initiative whose proceeds will be donated entirely to ARANSBUR (Association of Families of Deaf People of Burgos) and the Salesian Sisters.
The day will begin with a meeting between children from ARANSBUR and members of the brotherhood together with the Salesian Sisters, prior to the concert performed by the Soledad y Santiago Cornets and Drums Band.
The concert will take place at the Church of the Sacred Heart, in the Convent of the Visitation (Salesian Sisters), starting at 6:45 p.m. Admission will consist of a €5 donation, with tickets available at the church entrance before the beginning of the concert. Seating capacity is limited to 200 people.
Through this initiative, the brotherhood aims to bring together music, solidarity and inclusion, highlighting the social dimension of cofrade music and its ability to build bridges between different communities in the city.
