12:00 Noon Procession: Santa María Square, Plaza del Rey San Fernando, Santa María Arch, Espolón Promenade, Carnicerías Street, Travesía del Mercado, Plaza Mayor, Almirante Bonifaz Street, San Carlos Street, San Lorenzo Street, Church of San Lorenzo.

9:45 a.m. The Blessing of Palms and Branches will take place at the Church of San Lorenzo by His Excellency and Most Reverend Archbishop of Burgos, Monsignor Mario Iceta Gavicagogeascoa, accompanied by representatives of the city’s brotherhoods and confraternities. The float will then proceed to the Holy Cathedral. 11:00 a.m. At the High Altar of the Holy Cathedral, Holy Mass will be celebrated, presided over by His Excellency and Most Reverend Archbishop of Burgos, Monsignor Mario Iceta Gavicagogeascoa. PARTICIPATION: The “Pueri Cantores” Choir of the Holy Cathedral.Closing act:
12:00 noon. General procession with the participation of members of all the city’s brotherhoods and confraternities, accompanying the float of La Borriquilla on its return to the Church of San Lorenzo. Participants are to gather at 11:45 a.m. in Plaza del Rey San Fernando for the start of the procession, where they will be greeted by the Archbishop, who will bless the palms before the procession begins.Information
