Recumbent Christ, carried on the shoulders by members of the Brotherhood.

Departure:

Burgos Cathedral – Corpus Christi Chapel

Act:

Escorted by the standards and priors of the City’s penitential brotherhoods and confraternities, it will proceed through the Upper Cloister and into the side nave before exiting to Santa María Square, where it will be placed in the urn of the Holy Sepulchre. Once this act of reverence to the deceased Christ has concluded, the standards, priors or head brothers, members, and bands will join the Holy Burial procession together with their respective brotherhoods and confraternities.
